I had a great stay! The location is super convenient, especially if you’re planning to visit the mall – just a quick drive away. The breakfast spread was tasty with plenty of options. I loved having access to the underground parking; it made things so much easier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more pleasant.

the Wi-Fi could have worked better in my room, which was a bummer when I needed to catch up on some work. though, it was a great experience!

A Great Stay in Edmonton

I've always wanted to visit, so the hotel's prime location close to the West Edmonton Mall was a huge draw. I was pleasantly surprised by the really good customer service; the staff genuinely prioritized my comfort and needs. I loved the extensive breakfast options available from 6:30 AM, and the amenities, including the pool and hot tub, made my stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to over 800 stores and 100 restaurants allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere.

There were a fridge, tea/coffee making equipment and a writing desk in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of products. The staff was efficient and excellent co-operating, everything was wonderful.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi provided a nice family relaxation spot after a busy day exploring nearby attractions like Galaxyland and the World Waterpark. the elevator issues and limited parking for larger vehicles were inconvenient. While breakfast options weren’t ideal, the close proximity to restaurants and the mall made dining easy. it’s a good choice for families, given the large rooms and excellent location.

The noise level was unbearable; I felt like I was part of the conversations in neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with kids running around and doors slamming.

I had an updated and reasonably large room with a bedroom, large TV, plus great breakfast. Having a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets was a bonus. - the location was favorable for everything I need when I go to Edmonton.

The hotel is located conveniently near restaurants, Walmart, Superstore, West Edmonton Mall, River Cree Casino. the room had a modern design and was equipped with a fridge, tea/coffee maker, and a writing desk.

The breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff are welcoming and courteous.
